Intralogistics Site Supervisor (M/F)

• Supervise and coordinate site operations on automated systems integration projects.
• Lead and manage a team of around 30 people on site.
• Follow up the installation and integration of industrial equipment.
• Take part in implementing automation and robotics solutions.
• Coordinate the work of the different teams on site.
• Make sure deadlines, technical requirements and safety rules are met.
• Track works progress and report any difficulties encountered.
• Work with the technical and IT teams and the other project stakeholders.
• Take part in tuning, testing and start-up of the installations.
• Read and use 2D/3D drawings to make sure the works are carried out correctly.
• Ensure good coordination between the installation, integration and commissioning phases.
• Travel regularly and work on different sites as part of the project.

• Technical training in electromechanics, automation, industrial maintenance, industrial engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a site manager or supervisor of industrial works.
• Experience integrating automated systems, robots or intralogistics equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams of 30 to 40 people.
• Skills in installation, tuning and on-site works follow-up.
• Good ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings and technical dimensions.
• An interest in IT and the ability to work with IT teams are appreciated.
• Command of automated and robotic environments is a real bonus.
• Required training or certificates: CACES, working at height and French electrical clearance (habilitation électrique).
• Available for a role based 100% on site, with travel.
• Autonomy, leadership, rigour and the ability to manage priorities.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different technical contacts.
