Retention periods follow the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority): contact messages and prospects 3 years after the last contact; candidates 2 years after the last contact. You may ask for your data to be deleted earlier. Your choice about videos is remembered for six months.
Messages sent through the Contact form are stored in the Supabase database so that Miles Group can answer your request. They are not publicly accessible. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
The website offers a private CV upload. Sign-in to the profiles uses Google or Microsoft.

- For the control of the available profiles, access management is reserved for the designated business account of Julien Vissac.
- Vercel Inc. (website hosting); Supabase Pte. Ltd. (database: contact forms and applications); YouTube / Google (playback of embedded videos); Cal.com (meeting booking).
YouTube receives thumbnail requests and, after your consent and a click, player requests. LinkedIn images are loaded from LinkedIn. These services may process technical data under their own policies.

Depending on the basis and conditions of the processing, you may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing, withdraw your consent and give instructions about your data after your death.
Write to contact@milesgroup.fr. Requests are handled within the one-month period set by the GDPR, which may be extended in the cases provided by law. You may also contact the CNIL, in particular to exercise your rights.
6. Security
Access to full profiles requires signing in with an account that is not blocked. Access management is reserved for the designated administrator account. Exchanges with the website are encrypted with HTTPS.
7. Updates
The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. This policy must be reviewed whenever a tool or a processing operation changes.
