Multi-Trade Building Maintenance Technician (M/F)

• Follow up the execution of maintenance and fit-out works on buildings and technical installations.
• Organise, schedule and coordinate the work of external contractors and subcontractors.
• Supervise multi-trade works: electrical, pipework, plumbing, partitions and finishing works.
• Check the quality of the work done and make sure deadlines and technical requirements are met.
• Carry out, or have carried out, preventive and corrective maintenance of the buildings.
• Prepare interventions and ensure that safety rules and applicable procedures are followed.
• Take part in supplier consultations, requests for quotes and the preparation of technical specifications.
• Carry out periodic inspections to keep the installations in good condition.

• Vocational baccalaureate to two-year technical diploma (BTS) in industrial maintenance, building maintenance, electrical engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in multi-technical maintenance, multi-trade works or works supervision, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Good technical knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, pipework and finishing works.
• Experience supervising works and coordinating external contractors.
• Knowledge of the safety procedures that apply to technical interventions.
• Proficiency with office software and ideally a CMMS.
