About the role
As our business grows, we are looking for our future Business Manager (M/F). You will be responsible for three areas:
Business development
Build your portfolio of partners and clients
- Identify and prospect potential partners and clients, as well as target markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare proposals and lead commercial negotiations
- Write tailored commercial proposals.
- Lead negotiations to secure favourable terms.
Respond to tenders
- Analyse tender requirements.
- Prepare and submit complete bids that meet the partners' needs.
Recruitment
Identify and recruit your team of consultant engineers
- Source and shortlist potential candidates on job boards.
- Carry out telephone screening interviews and skills assessments.
- Lead job interviews to select the best talent.
- Support candidates from the start to the end of the recruitment process.
Organise technical presentations for your clients
- Coordinate and run meetings that present technical capabilities to clients.
Team management
Follow and support your team of technical consultants day to day
- Run project progress meetings.
- Keep in regular contact to provide hands-on management.
- Hold annual reviews and manage the team's professional development.
Profile
- Education: engineering degree
- You have commercial and management skills, excellent interpersonal skills and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- You care about the challenges of the energy transition.
