EV Charging Operations & Maintenance Project Manager (M/F)

• Supervision and remote maintenance: centralise and handle faults and run diagnostics across the whole EV charging estate to guarantee optimal availability.
• Management of corrective and preventive maintenance: coordinate field interventions with third-party partners and make sure preventive maintenance schedules (software updates, regulatory inspections) are met, while limiting the impact on site operations.
• Escalations and complex cases: manage technical escalations and analyse critical malfunctions.
• Performance monitoring and KPIs: manage performance indicators (availability, resolution time), control maintenance costs and automate monitoring through reporting tools.
• Network leadership and continuous improvement: support, advise and run performance reviews with the regional departments, store operators and partners to identify areas for improvement and optimise processes.
• Asset management: keep the EV charging estate data rigorously up to date in the CMMS and operational monitoring tools, in the short and long term.

• Education: master's-level degree
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in EV charging infrastructure
