Business Manager (M/F)

As our business grows, we are looking for our future Business Manager (M/F). Reporting to a business unit manager, you will be responsible for three areas:

• Identify and prospect potential partners and clients, as well as target markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

• Write tailored commercial proposals.
• Lead negotiations to secure favourable terms.

• Analyse tender requirements.
• Prepare and submit complete bids that meet the partners' needs.

• Source and shortlist potential candidates on job boards.
• Carry out telephone screening interviews and skills assessments.
• Lead job interviews to select the best talent.
• Support candidates from the start to the end of the recruitment process.

• Coordinate and run meetings that present technical capabilities to clients.

• Run project progress meetings.
• Keep in regular contact to provide hands-on management.
• Hold annual reviews and manage the team's professional development.

• Engineering school graduate.
• You have commercial and management skills, excellent interpersonal skills and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• You care about the challenges of the energy transition.

• Strong adaptability and sense of responsibility.
• Team spirit and natural leadership.
